Very poor article. He shows only different seating positions which is what Elst say in the first place.Unable to present evidence from yoga itself he came whit examples of body-positions from sports, dance and ascetics.
Second,we cant see legs above head or hands twisted at the back as we can see in modern yoga.Patanjali make no mention of chakras or kundalini despite their importance in later yoga.
He present a picture whit an ascetic who doesnt make yoga just punishing his body(seating in one leg).
He presents pictures from Harapa which show people just seating on the floor, which is obvious for anybody doesnt mean they do yoga.Maybe they just resting from a hard day of labor. You can find alot of these clay figurines all around the world whit people seating.Surelly they make yoga too.
Then he present us whit late commentaries mostly about simple seating positions(no legs above head,no weird contortions etc).Im very disapointed.

Not only this is a treasure of information, but it also argues compellingly against the Western mindset about scholarship. Especially to speak about works like Gita and Yoga Sutra, mere punditry is bound to be hollow. Any critic or historian should first put one's own self under the microscope to evaluate whether one is worthy of attempting a critique. Because if they do and decide to practice a few lines from these masterpieces, they would either shy away or devote themselves to further practice and not utter a word. The single testimony to the humongous knowledge and authority of Gita and YS is in the fact that one can practice without changing a word; thus rendering a debate over the age and the authorship as a pointless exercise.

That's because you have the brain of a dung beetle, those same Muslim soldiers later sabotaged the INA from with in including Muslim officers. You would have known that if you had bothered to read the articles.

Second paragraph of yours has nothing to do with the article you illogical tard.

Now go kiss some more Bose ass but us real Hindus know who the true Hindu heroes were & its definitely not anti Hindu secularist Bose.

Researcher in this article is not having right mentality to analyze the events. For example, if Col. Shahanawaz Khan brainwashes common muslims by making some statements to join INA, I see nothing wrong. It is a part of propaganda and brainwashing of people of less intellect for a good cause.

The way today whole country is brainwashed by teaching in school books and various programmes on TV and Radio that Gandhi and Nehru were only heroes, which is not true. Why Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Lal Bahadur Shashtri, Bhagat Singh is not given high weightage in Indian History? Because Nehru wanted him to pose as great person, but he was a crooked and greedy person and characterless as well. Today Hindus consider their past and civilisation as old, backward and believe that British did a lot good for this country, which is nothing but 100% lie and British propaganda, which continued by Nehru. Hindus had better medical system, justice system, education and social system compared to British. It was British who destroyed it. Indian architechture, Indian farming, Indian cloth industry, Indian Iron/steel/metal industry etc. was destroyed completely during British time, which was much more superior than British people.
